These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, forms, content, and services provided by LHG Financial (“LHG Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any request for information regarding Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance, Fixed Index Annuities (FIA), and related financial services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or submitting any form, including our quote request or team application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Who We Are

LHG Financial is an independent insurance and financial services agency based in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in Indexed Universal Life insurance, Fixed Index Annuities, mortgage protection, and retirement planning strategies. We work with licensed insurance carriers to help individuals and families evaluate coverage and financial planning options. LHG Financial is not a bank, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor, and nothing on this website constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. 2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using this website or submitting a form, you represent and agree that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
• Will provide accurate, current, and complete information in any form submission, including the quote request form and team application form;
• Are the owner or authorized user of any telephone number or email address you provide. A number you enter is not, by itself, consent to calls or marketing texts. Those permissions are collected only through the separate boxes described in these Terms;
• Will not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
• Will not attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website;
• Understand that submitting a form is a request for contact and information only, and does not create a policy, contract of insurance, or guarantee of coverage, employment, or approval.

3. Consent to Telephone, SMS & Email Communications (TCPA)

Entering a telephone number, submitting a form, accepting these Terms, or verifying a phone number with a one-time code does not authorize marketing text messages. Marketing text messages are requested only by a separate optional checkbox that is not pre-checked and is not combined with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, phone-call permission, or a one-time verification message.

If you check the separate phone-call box, you agree that LHG Financial may call you at the number you provided, including with an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded voice, about your request. That box is not consent to marketing text messages. If you check the separate marketing text box, you agree to receive marketing text messages about insurance and financial products and services. That box is optional, is not a condition of purchase, a quote, an emailed Financial Score report, or employment, and is not combined with any other consent. One-time verification texts or calls are service messages you request in order to confirm a number. They are not marketing messages and are not marketing SMS consent. These practices follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and the FCC rules at 47 C.F.R. §§ 64.1200 et seq.

Opt-out instructions. You may revoke your consent and opt out of receiving marketing calls and text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message, by replying “HELP” for assistance, by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any marketing email, or by contacting us directly at (775) 307-8400 or support@lhgfinancial.com and requesting to be removed from our contact lists. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will make reasonable efforts to process it within 10 business days. Revoking consent will not affect any communications necessary to service an existing insurance policy or application.

Mobile information is not shared for marketing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. FCC Compliance Disclosures

LHG Financial complies with applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) governing telephone, text, and fax marketing communications, including the TCPA and the FCC’s implementing regulations. We do not place marketing calls to residential telephone numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry except where an established business relationship exists or where you have provided prior express written consent. We maintain internal Do-Not-Call lists and honor opt-out requests in accordance with FCC and FTC requirements.

Marketing text messages are sent only when you check the separate marketing text message box. Submitting your telephone number is not that consent. We do not send unsolicited marketing faxes. Caller identification information transmitted with our calls is accurate and identifies LHG Financial as the calling party. If you believe you have received a communication from us in error or in violation of these rules, please contact us at support@lhgfinancial.com so we can investigate and correct the issue.

5. No Guarantee of Insurability or Outcome

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will qualify for, be approved for, or be offered any specific insurance product, rate, or annuity contract. All insurance products, including IUL policies and Fixed Index Annuities, are subject to carrier underwriting, state availability, contractual terms, and approval. Illustrative figures, hypothetical growth examples, and index performance references presented on this website are for educational purposes only and are not a guarantee of future performance, cash value growth, or income. Indexed interest crediting, caps, participation rates, and fees vary by carrier and product and will be disclosed in the applicable policy or contract documents. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Insurance & Financial Product Disclaimers

Insurance and annuity products are not deposits or obligations of, or guaranteed by, any bank or depository institution, and are not insured by the FDIC, the Federal Reserve Board, or any other federal or state government agency. Fixed Index Annuities are insurance contracts designed for long-term accumulation and retirement income and may be subject to surrender charges, market value adjustments, and early withdrawal penalties. Withdrawals prior to age 59½ may be subject to a 10% federal tax penalty in addition to ordinary income tax. LHG Financial does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice; you should consult a qualified tax or legal professional regarding your individual circumstances.

We also use third-party service providers, including Twilio for telephone and SMS communications and Slate for lead and customer relationship management, to deliver and manage communications with you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LHG Financial, its owners, employees, and affiliated agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of this website, reliance on any information presented here, or any delay, error, or interruption in service. 12. Agent, Manager & Admin Portal Use

Access to the LHG Financial agent, manager, and admin portals (the “Portal”) is granted solely to authorized LHG Financial personnel and approved partners. By signing in to the Portal, you agree that you will access only the areas and records your assigned role permits, that you will protect client and company information consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable insurance privacy regulations, and that you will not export, copy, or share client data outside the scope of your authorized duties. Portal activity, including calls placed through the integrated dialer, appointments scheduled, lead imports, and AI-assisted actions, may be logged for audit and compliance purposes. Unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of Portal data may result in suspension of access and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

13. AI Assistant Tools

LHG Financial may provide AI-assisted tools within the Portal, including next-step suggestions, discovery and objection guidance, call preparation, message and email drafts, inbound message classification, and appointment recommendations. These tools are advisory aids only. They operate in a support (copilot) capacity, do not place calls, send messages, or book appointments automatically, and every outbound action requires review and approval by a licensed human user. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate, must be reviewed before use, and must not be presented to clients as legal, tax, investment, or underwriting advice. Sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, bank or routing numbers, and prescription details, must never be entered into AI tools; such data must be collected only through approved, secure application channels. The licensed human user remains fully responsible for all communications and decisions made with the assistance of these tools.

14. Dialer, Calls, SMS & Appointments

The Portal integrates telephone and SMS dialing capabilities through third-party providers such as Twilio. All calls and messages placed through the dialer must comply with the TCPA, FCC rules, and applicable state calling restrictions, including honoring Do-Not-Call and opt-out requests, observing calling-hour limits, and presenting accurate caller identification. Appointments scheduled through the Portal are confirmations of a requested meeting only and do not constitute a binding insurance transaction, policy issuance, or guarantee of coverage. Appointment reminders and confirmations may be sent by email and SMS subject to the consent and opt-out controls described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

15. Lead Imports & Data Quality

Authorized Portal users may import lead lists from brokers, partners, and other approved sources. Importers represent that they have the right to use and share the contact information they upload, that imported data is accurate to the best of their knowledge, and that the contacts have provided any consent required by applicable law for the communications that will follow. Imported leads are matched against existing records by email and phone to prevent duplicates, and partial matches may be flagged for review. LHG Financial reserves the right to reject or remove imported data that appears to have been obtained in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

16. No Legal or Professional Advice

These Terms, and all content on this website and in the Portal, are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or insurance advice. LHG Financial is an independent insurance agency and is not a law firm, bank, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor.
